SMS messaging terms for EV Battery Shield — how we communicate with you, your rights, and how to opt out.

SMS/10DLC Compliance Notice These terms address the SMS/10DLC requirements that mobile carriers look for during the manual vetting process. By opting in to receive SMS messages from EV Battery Shield, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Program Description

EV Battery Shield provides high-performance EV battery solutions across America. By subscribing to our text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring automated and manual text messages (SMS and MMS) related to:

Your inquiries and customer support responses
Order updates and delivery notifications
Occasional promotional offers regarding EV battery systems and accessories

Express Written Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the device and that you give express prior written consent to receive text messages at that number.

Consent is not a condition of purchase for any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us:

Transactional: You may receive multiple messages during the order and delivery process as needed to keep you informed.

Marketing: Up to 4 messages per month for promotional updates about EV battery systems and special offers.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

EV Battery Shield does not charge for the text messaging service itself.

How to Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply with any of the following keywords:

Reply STOP to any message from us.

We will send you one final SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed.

After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll.

Supported Carriers

Our messaging service is available on most major and minor U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information is protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
