SMS Terms and Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS messages from EV Battery Shield (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Description

EV Battery Shield provides high-performance EV battery solutions across America. By subscribing to our text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring automated and manual text messages (SMS and MMS) related to your inquiries, order updates, delivery notifications, and occasional promotional offers regarding EV battery systems and accessories.

2. Express Written Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the device and that you give express prior written consent to receive text messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase for any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive multiple messages during the order and delivery process (transactional), or up to 4 messages per month for promotional updates (marketing).

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider. EV Battery Shield does not charge for the text messaging service itself.

5. How to Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving messages from EV Battery Shield, simply reply STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END to any message you receive from us.

After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will send you one final SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll.

7. Supported Carriers

Our messaging service is available on most major and minor U.S. carriers. Please note that carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your mobile information is protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which can be found at: www.evbatteryshield.com/privacy-policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms or cancel the messaging service at any time. Your continued use of the service following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
